Fr. Nicholas is from St. Simons Island, Georgia. He went to Furman University where he majored in physics and was actively involved with campus ministry. He was drawn to the Order of Preachers because of their emphasis on the contemplative life, community, and apostolic ministry. Fr. Nicholas spent his pastoral year in Lubbock, Texas, where he worked with the students at Texas Tech University and at St. Elizabeth University Parish. In his free time, Fr. Nicholas enjoys sports, exercise, anything about science, reading (especially philosophy and spirituality), and contemplating. Fr. Nicholas professed solemn vows on May 27, 2017, was ordained a transitional deacon on July 7, 2018, and ordained a priest on June 8, 2019.
Fr. Nicholas currently serves as the Chaplain to Raider Catholic, the Catholic Campus Ministry at Texas Tech University and the Associate Pastor of St. Elizabeth Church.
